1. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process user data to provide and improve our services. The information we gather includes but is not limited to user-provided data, usage patterns, and diagnostic information.

2. Cookies and analytics on bemoto.eu

When you visit our marketing website, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only if you consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by declining cookies or clearing site data in your browser. Controller: Vanillia Marcin Klimczak (see Imprint).

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): usage statistics such as page views, events (e.g. download requests), device/browser information, and approximate location. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU, including the USA, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): conversion measurement and advertising campaign performance. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.): protects our download form against automated abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in securing our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• YouTube (Google): embedded videos are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com; when you play a video, YouTube may process data and set cookies.

3. Service providers (plugin and SaaS)

• Google Cloud Services: For the Bemoto plugin and SaaS backend only, user data is stored securely within Google Cloud Services. This backend data is used by Bemoto.eu to deliver the services and is separate from website analytics described above.
• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Sentry: Used within the dashboard for diagnostics and bug fixing. Sentry processes data solely for these purposes.

4. IP Address

When using our plugin, specifically clients that visit pages with a list of cars downloaded by our service, the webpage visitor's IP address will be transmitted to mobile.de servers. Also, the web page visitor's IP will be stored in Google Cloud server logs. This data is stored solely for diagnostics and is automatically removed after 30 days. sentry.io is used only for CMS admin users (e.g., admin user of WordPress dashboard).

5. Data Storage Locations

All user data, except for diagnostic information stored in Sentry, is stored within the European Union. Sentry servers are located in the United States.

6. User Agreement

By using our services, including the plugin, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using our services.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
